Yacht description
Sailing with a Bavaria 40 you will recognize the great value of this 40' family cruiser. She can accommodate in comfort 6guests in 3 double cabins providing also one more berth on the saloon. The forward double cabin has a private ensued head with a hot and cold shower. The two after double cabins share a second head with shower. If necessary, a single settee berth can be created in the salon. For an enjoyable and spacious charter, we recommend six as the ideal number of crew, but if an extra comes along, there is no problem at all!
Bavaria 40 combines comfort and speed and it is recently designed from the well known German manufacturer. Specifically designed to fulfil the charter market it is easy of handling with remarkable speed, proving the excellent German engineering, versatile sailing characteristics and comfortable accommodations in an affordable package.
Her sparkling sailing performance makes Bavaria 40 able to please any sailor. The well balanced and stiff sail plan coupled with a fine bow entry will give you the power to slice to weather gracefully and comfortably.
Beautifully appointed below, with a wide beam carried well aft and 40ft in length, the Bavaria 40 is a very comfortable modern classic. Her large cockpit allows seating for all the crew around the cockpit table. When it is time to set sail, the 40 is quickly under way as all sail controls are led to the cockpit. The Bavaria 40 is simply a pleasure to be aboard, whether riding at anchor or the high seas! This yacht has built-in GPS, Autopilot and Inverter.
